I just wanted to say a big thank you for the APC sales training seminar that you gave yesterday, it was fantastic. I have attended many sales training courses and seminars, I have to say yours was the most engaging and lively - it really made you think about what we do everyday rather than just giving you the theory behind sales.

 Also is it possible to get a copy of your script e-mailed over to me. I have both publisher and word, so whichever format is best for you would be superb.

Once again thank you for the very enjoyable and motivational day.

 Hope you're well, and had a good journey home from Wakefield yesterday.

Thank you for a most enjoyable day. After spending 11 years with TNT and attending hundreds, yes hundreds of Sales Seminars, training courses, conferences etc. I really didn't believe you when you said at the beginning of the day that we would be learning something different.  

So I was pleasantly pleased when I did learn something different, how to approach a situation differently and the day did fly by.

Thought you might be interested to know that I have put the techniques into practise today, whilst I have been in the office. I have had a most successful day gaining 2 accounts and generating 14 appointments for my diary next week, which I am really chuffed about.  

If at all possible would you please email me the telephone script you mentioned during the day, I would be most interested to put it to the test.

I would like to thank you for organising a wonderful Sales Seminar. Samantha and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

 Bob has a wonderful approach, and inspires confidence. I would never have thought I had the confidence to sell, but will be using some of those techniques he taught us and putting them into practice to improve our Sales.

Samantha found the day to be very enjoyable also, and it is very amusing to hear her already using some of the techniques when speaking with Customers.
