To Whom It May Concern:

I recently attended a “Developing your Sales” training course that was delivered by Bob Hazell from Advanced Training.

Not having received any Sales training previously I was not sure what to expect from the day.

The content of the course was 100% applicable to real situations and the delivery of the content was excellent, it was clear that Bob was using his own sales experience & techniques to get the message across and these were very powerful.

I found that the day flew by and that I had learnt a great deal about the Sales Process and the Psychology behind it.

Being from an Engineering background where you can apply science to a situation means that non scientific items, such as sales, are difficult to open your mind to, however I have come away with high motivation to put the training into practice and can’t wait to do so.

I would recommend this course to anyone that is looking to improve their sales and their understanding of the process and I am planning to attend more in the future.
