team, to:
1. Identify
their exact business improvement objectives and how success will be
measured.
2. Recognise
the workplace operating environment and the desired culture.
3. Devise
the appropriate practical approach to achieve the required improved
performance and increase in business results.
4. Support
and guide our customer to implement procedure and process refinement
and/or change.
5. Where
appropriate, design and deliver training specifically focused on
practical implementation of proven concepts, skills and techniques.
6. Provide
support for follow through implementation of both team and individual
practical action plans.
7. Evaluate,
without charge, the business results and recommend how best to build on
the success achieved.
